Event Description: This is a great class for anyone wanting to start or continue their Pilates journey. In this class we play with basic Pilates principles and mix it in a little fun on the way. This is a good class for those returning from injury, surgery or postnatal (If signed off by your GP). You must be able to walk up the stairs, sit and stand unaided. Please bring your own mat.
