Pilates Classes

An event every week that begins at 9:30 am on Friday, repeating until July 26, 2024
Two Classes 0930 and 1030. 0930 is a beginner or gentle class. This is a great class for anyone wanting to start or continue their Pilates journey. In this class we play with basic Pilates principles and mix it in a little fun on the way. This is a good class for those returning from injury, surgery or postnatal (If signed off by your GP). You must be able to walk up the stairs, sit and stand unaided. Please bring your own mat. 1030 is a intermediate or flow class. This is a great class for anyone wanting to continue their Pilates journey and add a little challenge to their practice. In this class we continue our understanding of Pilates but add more flow between exercises which increases your strength and your stamina! It is recommended that you should already have a basic level of fitness. This is a good class for those who understand the basic principles of Pilates and who understand the basic terminology. Please bring your own mat.
