We require a Returnable Deposit for all Parties etc. Please ensure you pay for this here when booking either Hall and in the event that you hire both of the Halls please select 2 Items in the Shopping Cart at check out.

We require a Returnable Deposit for all larger events, Parties and Functions including the Kitchen area for the preparation and serving of food. Teas, Coffee, Cold drinks and packet food is excluded or at your discretion. This is to ensure the Village Hall recovers any losses due to damage or theft.

For Parties, the Deposit is automatically taken with the booking. This is available for other events, where applicable.

Your Deposit will be returned within one week after the Event, this will be automatically refunded onto the card used for the purchase. The Deposit is £100 per Event. To the extent either Hall suffers damage etc. the replacement cost will be calculated and deducted from your Deposit.
All damages must be reported to the Bookings & Events Trustee.
